擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)是輸出扭矩(ju)并實(shi)現往(wang)復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的執行(xing)元件,有單(dan)(dan)葉(xie)片(pian)、雙(shuang)葉(xie)片(pian)、螺旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種(zhong)形式(shi)(shi)。葉(xie)片(pian)式(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi):定子塊固(gu)定在(zai)缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)上,而葉(xie)片(pian)和(he)轉(zhuan)子連接在(zai)一起(qi)。根據進油方向(xiang),葉(xie)片(pian)將(jiang)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)子作往(wang)復(fu)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)又分單(dan)(dan)螺旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)雙(shuang)螺旋兩種(zhong),現在(zai)雙(shuang)螺旋比較常用,靠兩個(ge)螺旋副降液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)內(nei)活塞(sai)的直(zhi)線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)變為直(zhi)線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉(zhuan)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的復(fu)he運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實(shi)現擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。

傳(chuan)統的(de)修(xiu)(xiu)復方法是(shi)將損壞的(de)部(bu)件進行拆卸后的(de)外協修(xiu)(xiu)復,或(huo)是(shi)進行刷鍍或(huo)是(shi)進行表面的(de)整體(ti)刮研,修(xiu)(xiu)復周(zhou)期液壓缸缸體(ti)劃傷(shang)修(xiu)(xiu)復長(chang),修(xiu)(xiu)復費用高。
現(xian)象(一):串漏
原因:
1.壓(ya)力迅速上升(sheng)或者(zhe)缸壁膨(peng)脹(zhang),油液進入間隙,壓(ya)力形(xing)成對密封的下行作用,串漏形(xing)成
2.密(mi)封(feng)環未設計泄壓槽(cao)
防止措施:
1.密(mi)封(feng)環設計(ji)留有(you)泄(xie)壓槽(cao),油液通過泄(xie)壓槽(cao),填充溝槽(cao)從而壓縮O形(xing)圈,產(chan)生密(mi)封(feng)
原因:
1.運動速(su)度太快
2.有(you)偏心運動(dong)
3.滑動(dong)面(mian)粗糙度不(bu)均勻
4.安裝(zhuang)時扭轉
防止措施:
1.改用唇(chun)形密(mi)封
2.消除偏心運動
3.修(xiu)改(gai)滑動面(mian)粗糙度(du)
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝槽設計不合理導致壓縮(suo)率(lv)太(tai)大:沒有考慮到材(cai)料由于(yu)熱量及化學介質引(yin)起的(de)變形,或(huo)由于(yu)壓力過大引(yin)起
防止措施:
1.溝槽的設計應考慮到材(cai)料由于溫(wen)度及(ji)化學介(jie)質引起的變(bian)形
